What happens when you ask for a demo

This website collects very little: the details you type into the demo request form, and the basic records every web server keeps. This page explains where they go, how long we keep them, and what you can ask us to do.

Who we are

Stackloom is a software studio operated by Stackloom Corp., a federally incorporated Canadian corporation (corporation no. 1830604-4) based in London, Ontario. We are responsible for the personal information collected through stackloom.dev.

What this website collects

There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking, and the page loads nothing from outside services. Nothing is stored in your browser.

Like every website, our web servers record each request: your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type. We use these server logs only to keep the site running and secure. Our demo request service deletes its logs after about 14 days; our web host keeps its own logs under its standard settings.

If you send a demo request, we receive:

We use this only to reply to you and arrange a demo. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.

Where it goes

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request while we are talking with you, and for up to two years after our last contact, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. Email stackloom@stackloom.dev and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Our products

Each Stackloom product has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use that product: SubServe, TutorTrack, CleanBeacon, Integra and Dreamfare. Parlo and Yoju are in early access; their policies will be linked here when they are published, and until then you can ask us about either at the address above.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
